The framework is designed to be accessible by all NHS organisations as well as the wider public sector.
The agreement is divided into three lots – consultancy services, modular & prefabricated building services and managed services, valued at £150m, £600m and £300m respectively.
The suppliers selected for each lot is shown below.

NHS Shared Business Services, which is a different organisation to NHS Commercial Solutions, also has its own framework agreement for modular buildings [see previous report here], with many suppliers appearing on both lists. Why the need for such duplication of effort and resource is not entirely clear.
