After a period as interim managing director for the north, Robert Doherty has now been confirmed in the post by SES.

Doherty has been with SES for nearly 20 years, having joined back in 2006 when it was Shepherd Engineering Services. It was acquired by Wates in 2015.

Until recently, Doherty was director of major projects and operations director for SES. In his new role, he leads SES Engineering’s entire Northern operations across its offices in Leeds, Manchester, Sunderland and Glasgow.
