The acquisition of Lexica adds 90 staff to form the basis of a new healthcare and life sciences advisory team within WSP’s planning, property and advisory business in the UK.

Lexica was established by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in 2013. Its services include healthcare strategy and planning, property consulting services, cost management, project and programme management, life sciences strategy, digital advisory and net zero consulting services. It has a presence in Oxford, Bristol, Cambridge, Manchester and Dublin as well as London.

This transaction expands WSP’s presence in the healthcare sector and follows its recent appointment as a consortium partner to the joint venture on the National Health Service’s new hospitals programme (NHP).
